What are you thoughts on an ‘aging in place’ model that has a few benefits to it? What do most older adults want? What would you want as you are in your older years?

I very much believe more needs to be done across Canada when it comes to the growing Baby-Boomer population. Most will want to stay in their home as they age or live in a community that as amenities built right into it to allow them to do so.
