Excellent article and as suicide prevention week ended yesterday, September 15th, we need to realize that suicide prevention is daily, not just once a year. There are many who have contemplated it, reached a dark point in their life and feel alone, worthless, hopeless, depressed to the point that suicide enters their thoughts.

We as observers need to see the signs and symptoms and to realize when something is off with someone. We need to be kind, compassionate, empathetic, friendly, and ask questions.
